Menu and Wine list
The menu varies according to the seasons.
The à la carte menu and tasting menus of Ristorante Serrae Villa Fiesole, indicated in the Michelin Guide, are available:
from Tuesday to Saturday (from September to June);
from Wednesday to Monday (July and August).
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
The tasting menus at lunch and dinner:
“Attualità” – 5 courses – The flavors of the territory, taste and sustainability
“Identità” – 7 courses – The philosophy of the Chef Antonello Sardi
“Carta Bianca” – 9 courses, the Chef’s choice – The essence of the gourmet restaurant
“Vegetarian menu” – 4 courses – Elegance and lightness
Only for lunch:
“Lunch Menu” – 3 courses – A gourmet lunch break
The à la carte menu is always available, except for events with special menus.
It can be used for up to 5 guests. From 6 guests upwards, a tasting menu of your choice applies.
